Bolt obliterates opposition in Paris

17 July: Usain Bolt stormed to victory at the Golden League meeting in Paris on Friday in a stunning time of 9.79 seconds. Bolt's time, recorded in pouring rain and run into a headwind, was 0.02 second slower than Tyson Gay's 9.77 in Rome earlier in the season. The Jamaican and American athletes will face each other at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin next month.
