Most admired basketball player:  Jerry West of the Los Angeles Lakers. His home town is just across the river from mine. He is a small town boy made good.  Every little boy in our neighborhood loved Jerry West.

Best sporting event witnessed:  1985 NCAA Men's Basketball college national championship game as Villanova upset Georgetown. It is one of the biggest upsets in college basketball history. Some say it was the biggest upset.

Best sporting event attended:  I love any college football game on a Saturday afternoon.  The best was watching my son play for the University of Alabama.

Best team of the season:  Boston Celtics.  I think they will repeat again as NBA champs.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
