Oscar Pistorius has confirmed he will compete at the Paralympic World Cup in Manchester in May. The South African double amputee suffered head and facial injuries after a boating accident in Johannesburg in February but is recovering well. 22-year-old Pistorius won three Paralympic gold medals in the T44 100, 200 and 400m events in Beijing. He will compete in the 100 and 400m events at the Paralympic World Cup on 24 May.
