Argentina's World Cup dreams knocked back

footballArgentina’s 2010 World Cup qualification dreams were knocked back with a 6-1 hammering by Bolivia on 1 April.  Just four days after crushing Venezuela 4-0, Diego Maradona’s side suffered in the 3,600m altitude in La Paz.  It was Argentina’s heaviest defeat for over 60 years.  To compound an unhappy night for the visitors, substitute Angel di Maria was sent off seven minutes from time.  Meanwhile in Porto Alegre, Brazil moved up to second in the South America table with a 3-0 win over bottom side, Peru.  Table-toppers Paraguay were held to a 1-1 draw by Ecuador in Quito.  Elsewhere, world champions Italy struggled to a 1-1 draw with the Republic of Ireland while European champions Spain left it late to win 2-1 in Turkey, thanks to a goal 4 minutes into injury time from Liverpool midfielder Albert Riera.

The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
