South Africa bid for 2015 & 2019 Rugby World Cup
rugby07 May: South Africa has entered the race to host the 2015 or 2019 Rugby World Cup.  The South Africa Rugby Union delivered its application to the International Rugby Board on Thursday, one day ahead of the 8 May deadline.  South Africa last hosted the World Cup in 1995 when President Nelson Mandela handed the Webb Ellis Trophy to the victorious Springbok captain, Francois Pienaar, among emotional scenes.  The Southern Hemisphere nation faces stiff opposition from England to host the 2015 tournament but they have stated their intention to bid for the 2019 competition if their 2015 bid fails.

The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world.
