After the terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team's bus in Lahore in March it was perhaps fitting that Pakistan and Sri Lanka should meet in the final of the World Twenty 20 cricket competition last Sunday.

Pakistan's victory spurred captain paul_moses_cropped Younus Khan to call for international cricket to return to cleary_joseph_120x90 his country, although the continuing uncertain security situation in Pakistan makes this very unlikely for some while yet.
