The FA Cup is the world's oldest and biggest football competition, going back 138 years to the first tournament in the 1871/72 season.  The preliminary rounds of this season's FA Cup started back in August and last weekend the 600-plus tom_ellis_cp_tribunesides that entered the competition had been whittled down to 32 in the Fourth Round.  With Manchester United and Liverpool falling in the Third Round the new favourites were the reigning champions, Chelsea.  Football correspondent Tom Ellis     (left) reviews the Fourth Round highlights and picks out some matches to watch in the Fifth Round over the weekend of 13/14 February.

cleary_joseph_120x90In Test cricket, the third umpire referral system has been controversial since its introduction in July 2008.  The recent series between South Africa and England did little to stem the controversy, with studio umpires apparently missing vital information in replays and upholding incorrect decisions.  So, is the referral system a good idea?  Should it stay or should it go?  We ask our cricket correspondent, Joseph Cleary     (right), in Melbourne.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
