After three week's of drama on and off the field, Egypt won the Africa Cup of Nations last weekend beating Ghana 1-0 in the final in Luanda. The Pharoah's recorded their third successive Cup of Nations title, a new record. Attention now turns to the World Cup in Last week Corrie van Zyl was appointed caretaker coach of the South African cricket team on its tour of India following the resignation of former coach, Mickey Arthur. We delve into the archives to hear van Zyl's thoughts on the importance of fitness in cricket and how his faith motivates his actions in life and on the cricket field.
