After three week's of drama on and off the field, Egypt won the Africa Cup of Nations last weekend beating Ghana 1-0 in the final in Luanda.  The Pharoah's recorded their third successive Cup of Nations title, a new record.  Attention now turns to the World Cup in SolomonSouth Africa in June but Egypt won't be one of the six African nations competing after losing their qualification play-off to Algeria last year.  Our Southern Africa football correspondent Solomon Izang Ashoms (left) reviews the Cup of Nations and assesses the propsects of the African teams heading for the World Cup finals.

Last week Corrie van Zyl was appointed caretaker coach of the South African cricket team on its tour of India following the resignation of former coach, Mickey Arthur.  We delve into the archives to hear van Zyl's thoughts on the importance of fitness in cricket and how his faith motivates his actions in life and on the cricket field.

We also hear from Australian Open tennis champion Roger Federer and beaten finalist Andy Murray and in a preview of next week's show hear from British Winter Olympic skeleton team member, Adam Pengilly.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
