The new Formula One season begins on Sunday in Bahrain with plenty of changes from last season.  Seven-times world champion Michael Schumacher Alexis back, reigning champion Jensen Button has switched to McLaren and there have been rule changes too with fuel stops now banned and points awarded to the top ten places rather than the first eight of last year.  So how will Schumacher fare in the high-pressure cauldron of F1 at the age of 41, and how will the rule changes affect this year's Championship?  We talk to the former Brazilian motor racing champion and F1 driver, Alex Ribeiro         (right).

With the FIFA World Cup just 100 days away we talk to internationally respected football commentator, John Motson, to find out if he thinks an African team can win this year's competition and women's world tennis number one, Serena Williams, talks about her charity work supporting schools in Kenya.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
