The 2010 FIFA World Cup™ is just eleven weeks away with hosts South Africa getting the tournament underway against Mexico in the Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg on 11th June.  Renowned British football commentator John Motson shares his thoughts on which teams will progress from Groups C (England, United States, Algeria and Slovenia) and D (Germany, Australia, Serbia and Ghana).

vuvuzelas_nb_ab_sa_610x500The South African fans' secret weapon will be the vuvuzela, the loud trumpet that drove teams to distraction during last year's Confederations Cup.  Last week in South Africa Planet Sport team members Steve Vickers        , Adrian Barnard and Norman Brierley         were shown how to play the instrument by our Johannesburg correspondent, Solomon Izang Ashoms.  We hear the result in this week's show - you have been warned!

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
