The IRB Rugby World Cup is just over a year away and the reigning world champions, South Africa, will be defending their title. But the Springboks are currently under intense pressure after successive defeats to New Zealand in the Tri-Nations competition. The Boks have been outplayed by the expansive, running game of the All Blacks and seem to have no answers. We talk to the former Manu Samoa international, Tu Nu'uali'itia (right), a veteran of two World Cups to find out what the All Blacks are doing right and what the Springboks are doing wrong.

Alex In Formula One the German Grand Prix in Hockenheim takes place on 25th July. Former Brazilian motor racing champion and F1 driver, Alex Ribeiro (left), recalls driving on the old, faster circuit at Hockenheim. He also preview's Sunday's Grand Prix and shares his thoughts on Red Bull's Mark Webber, winner of the last Grand Prix two weeks ago at Silverstone.
